The house has a large lounge with television and video, dining room, 1st floor bathroom and ground floor shower room/cloakroom.

The kitchen has all modern electrical equipment including fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, tumble dryer, washing machine and iron and ironing board. A telephone is available for guest use. Sleeping facilities are for 7-8 people, there being two twin bedrooms and three single rooms (including a ground floor single and twin). An extra child bed can be provided on request. At the rear of the property there is a secluded garden with garden furniture, lockable shed for bicycle storage and washing line. The front garden has off street parking for 3 cars.
