July and August 2008 - £695 per week

£650 per week for bookings of 3 weeks or more
£595 per week for bookings of 6 weeks or more
Changeover day normally Saturday.

Non refundable deposit £100 per week to be paid on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival.

Refundable breakages/damage deposit £250 is payable with the balance and will be returned following inspection of the property.

Electricity and gas charges are included.
Welcome pack provided, details on request.

Holiday insurance is advisable.
The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
