The Laurels is a large modern detached house with double glazing and gas central heating. It is on one of the main access roads into Colchester which also is on the main bus route from the bus and train station. We are situated only 10 minutes walking distance from the town centre which has an excellent selection of shops and restaurants.

The house is round the corner from The Siege House - a building that still shows the scars and bullet holes from the English Civil War.

The nearby Leisure Centre has a variety of leisure activities including swimming and ball sports. The Centre also has
activities for children during July and August at a small cost.
